TH3TAK3OV3R UNIVERSITY provides educational content, strategy walkthroughs, and community discussion only. Nothing on this site, in the Discord, on live calls, or in course materials is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, option, or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any losses that result.

The Self-Paced Program is offered on a $1 for 3-day trial basis, after which the subscription automatically renews at $250 USD per month until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation tool below or the link in your Stripe receipt. If you cancel during the 3-day trial, you will not be charged the $250 monthly rate. Once a monthly payment is charged, it is non-refundable, but you will retain access through the end of your paid billing period.

Access to the private Discord and course materials is granted to the enrolled member only. Sharing credentials, re-selling content, or redistributing recordings, PDFs, or trade calls is prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

The program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific trading results, income, or profit. Individual results vary and most retail options traders lose money.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TH3TAK3OV3R UNIVERSITY, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the program.
